Timberline Knolls is sponsoring a screening of Darryl Robert’s new documentary film, “America the Beautiful 2: The Thin Commandments.” Roberts is an award-winning director, who in a follow-up to his “America the Beautiful” film, examines the cause of our country’s obsession with dieting. The sequel weighs in on the raging debate between doctors who say fat is healthy vs. those who disagree. Dr. Kim Dennis, Medical Director of Timberline Knolls, is featured in the movie.
